Reunions
The R Association is available to help Letter Winners organize team reunions, but we will not provide funding. Your team representative will work with the R Association Reunion Committee Chair and the Executive Director to provide you with the following.
- Team contact lists (emails)
- Discount hotel accommodations
- Catering services
- Scheduling of The R Room
- Visitation of any athletic facilities (coaches and teams)
- Tickets to sporting events (charges may apply)
- Confirmation of dates, timing and logistics for your event
To begin the process, please provide the following:
- Sport and years of teams attending the event (example: men’s track 77-78)
- Preferred dates and times for the event
- Brief description of your plans or itinerary for activities etc. (big picture only)
- Contact person name, email address, cell phone, business phone
Email your reunion request information to: R Association Executive Director, Don Knodel, at rassoc@rice.edu. We will contact you to set up a meeting to help you coordinate your reunion. You may also call Don at (713) 348-6915.
